Summary

  • math_calculate: Safe AST-based math expression evaluator (no eval). Supports arithmetic ops, exponents, and common functions (sqrt, abs, round, min, max).
  • split_bill: Analyzes a receipt image via vision LLM, extracts line items/tip/tax as structured JSON, and computes an even split.
  • Exposes image_key in the agent's message context so it can reference uploaded images in tool calls.

Both tools are always available (no extra config needed — they use existing S3 + LLM infra).
