ryan 53bbea42aa Use fresh UUID thread_id per agent run in scheduler and cron ...

Reusing the message/job ID as thread_id causes corrupted checkpoint state
when a previous run failed mid-tool-call. A fresh UUID each time guarantees
a clean conversation context.
