Bump Conversation.updated_at on every message (not just the first) so actively-used conversations rise to the top of the list endpoint's existing -updated_at sort. Refresh the sidebar after every send so the just-used conversation reorders live. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Get started
Start the dev server, and the app will be available at http://localhost:3000.
pnpm dev
Build the app for production:
