Refreshes the repo guidance doc that had drifted behind the codebase:

  • Adds the email, iMessage, WhatsApp, and scheduled-messages blueprints
  • Documents the simbakit/ PetKit poller subproject
  • Lists household integration utils (YNAB, Mealie, Obsidian, S3, SimbaKit) and indexing scripts (Immich)
  • Adds make reindex/reindex-obsidian targets
  • Corrects environment variables to match .env.example (removes nonexistent OLLAMA_URL, IMAP_; adds TWILIO_, MAILGUN_, SENDBLUE_, Llama/embedding server vars)
  • Removes reference to nonexistent aerich_config.py; notes config/db.py and rag/logic.py
